For local customers, we offer free delivery in the following zip codes: 31622, 31626, 31629, 31639, 31720, 31738, 31749, 31758, 31773, 31778, 31792, 31799. At checkout, please ensure only your five-digit zip code is displayed. If the +4 code is added you may not be able to select local delivery at checkout and may only be able to select the shipping option.

United States Policy:

All of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality possible for our customers. We are currently running on a 3-5 business day production timeframe (this does not include shipping time). We ship your orders at a flat rate of $5.99.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take 3-5 additional business days to deliver once shipped depending on the carrier.

Once your order is placed, it will be placed in queue for production. To ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible any requests to change/cancel an order is no longer available after your order is placed. Please be sure to review your order before placing it.

Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages:

Ashton Proper is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages - please contact the carrier on your confirmation email directly with any issues. You are responsible for entering the correct address for delivery - if any package is returned you are responsible for the shipping fees.
