All sales are final. Since each product is made to order, we do not allow returns or exchanges.

 

Ashton Proper is not responsible for any damages to items once they are washed by you. Please follow care instructions by washing on a delicate or hand wash cycle followed by hang dry or low heat dryer cycle.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
